Local work
Threads are files in your workspace. Agent processes run on your host. Haicue stores its local settings and component state on that machine. Scheduled local tasks need the host and app to be available.
Back up your workspace if you need to preserve thread files independently of the machine.
Connected agents and services
Your chosen agent may send prompts, files, transcripts, and other context to its model provider. Connected skills may send data to the services they operate. Local storage is not a promise that every action stays offline.
Haicue supports Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity in its agent registry. Available models, authentication, resume behavior, and tools depend on the installed runtime. Check the agent choices and connection state in your installation.
Sharing and remote access
Team spaces let you deliberately share thread content and skills with collaborators. Personal and team work remain separate. Team content sync excludes dotfiles; keep secrets out of ordinary shared text files too.
Mobile Remote connects to your running desktop host. It is remote access to that host’s work, not a separate cloud computer that keeps running when the host is offline.
See Access work from your phone for setup and the available remote controls.
Optional protection
The Security Module is an optional add-on for agents launched by Haicue. On macOS it can enforce file and network policy. Review its settings and pending decisions in Security Center. File enforcement is not available on Linux.
Agent permissions, service credentials, and Haicue’s optional protection are distinct. Enabling a skill or schedule does not grant it permission to do everything.
See Security and audit for rules, questions, and what the history can show.
